Stockland Trust (Stockland) is headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Stockland is a subsidiary of Stockland Corporation Limited (SGP). SGP had a market capitalisation of AUD10.0bn (10 July 2018).

SGP is one of the largest diversified property groups in Australia with more than AUD16.6bn of real estate assets as at 30 June 2017. SGP is Australia’s largest community creator and owns, manages and develops shopping centres, logistics centres and business parks, office assets, residential communities, and retirement living villages.
